- ECTA State Recruitment and Retention Strategies Database: Ted Burke introduced ECTA’s State Recruitment and Retention Strategies Database, which includes over 120 strategies across six areas such as financial incentives, Advancement opportunities, and grow-your-own initiatives.
SPDG Directors' Webinar on Coaching
This session delved into coaching as a vital driver for successful implementation, grounded in research and practical insights from the National Implementation Research Network (NIRN). Participants explored how coaching strengthens competency, builds capacity, and sustains implementation efforts by developing coaching systems, aligning service delivery plans, and effectively collecting and using data. Additionally, participants were introduced to a new Coaching System Template tool recently developed by SISEP to support and guide this work.
